Family Law

Decisions you make concerning divorce, custody of your children, a change in parenting time, levels of support and other family law issues will undoubtedly effect you for years to come. These decisions may be some of the most difficult decisions you will ever make. Where you will live, who will raise your children, what your future finances will be after a divorce are difficult questions. Be active in making choices and understand your rights and responsibilities. These and other decisions may change your life. My staff and I strive to provide you with the support you need and assist you in this difficult time.

Ways to approach making these long term decisons can range from mediation, the collaborative method or traditional litigation and it is important that you plan how and when you can best address these decisions.  To be in control of your future choices, I offer an initial consultation at a reduced fee. Please schedule an appointment to discuss your specific questions before you make a decision that may change your life.
